We kindly ask you to carefully read our house rules.

We make a big effort to keep our property on point for you and our future guests; so we ask you to take good care as if it’s your own.

Please keep a moderate music volume to not bother our neighbours.

Be extra careful if you eat and/or drink in the living room to prevent stains on our furniture.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house/rooms.

Drugs are forbidden on our property.

If you’re drinking alcohol, please do it responsibly to avoid disturbing our neighbours.

You can freely use everything in our kitchen; just please be careful so future guests can enjoy our service as you do.

Before you leave for good, please wash all the dishes you used, don’t leave food in the fridge and leave the bathroom and kitchen garbage in trash bags in the kitchen area (you can find extra trash bags under the sink or ask the staff if they’re around).

You are allowed to have guests visit you as long as they respect our house rules but they cannot stay overnight without our authorisation.

If something breaks, stains or damages, please let us know asap (and we’ll have to charge you if it’s an important loss).

Any significant loss or damage to our property will be reported to Airbnb and we’ll have to use your deposit to cover the loss.

Please, be careful with our towels and linen to avoid extra charges.
